Egg Yolk Emulsion

Egg Yolk Emulsion, a stabilised emulsion of egg yolk emulsion which can be used as a supplement to culture media. It can be aseptically added to base culture media and used in pre-poured agar plates for the detection of Clostridium, Bacillus and Staphylococcus species by their lecithinase/lipase activity.

Egg yolk emulsion is available in various fill volumes. Shelf life of 24 months from manufacture.
