Manufactured To The Highest Standards
- All production takes place in a clean room environment. Our custom poured plate production facility has clean-rooms validated to: ISO 14644-1 (Class 7), EU GMP (Grade C) and all poured plate manufacturing is on fully automated production lines.
- GMP and GLP techniques are employed throughout all production and laboratory areas.
- Rigorous QC examination is conducted by our UKAS accredited Laboratory with certificates available online via our website HERE.
Bespoke Culture Media
Our ability to produce a bespoke culture media for your use in large or small batches as and when you need it is enhanced due to our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Corby, Northants. In this facility we have invested in equipment and processes to meet the exacting standards of quality and customer service being demanded by today’s microbiologists. Both bottled media and pre-poured plates are manufactured in clean room environments under precisely-controlled conditions to ensure optimal performance, quality and maximum shelf life for all bespoke products.
The Tightest Controls
Factors that affect stability during manufacture, such as exposure to heat are tightly controlled, Fo (total heat applied) is measured for all autoclaved products. All pre poured plates are poured and dried in a class 100 air flow with carefully controlled humidity to ensure that plates are dry and sterile. Pre poured plates and bottled media are stored under carefully controlled conditions prior to dispatch, ensuring that our products when they reach the customer are of the highest quality available.
