Description

SGL supplies 5380 – TSA Aircheck® + N (Tryptone Soya Agar with Neutralisers, Deep Fill), 90mm Plate, Irradiated as a ready-to-use medium for general microbial cultivation, environmental monitoring and routine microbiological quality control. The product supports pharmaceutical microbiology, biotechnology, water testing and environmental-testing applications. It is relevant to workflows described in USP <61>/<62>, Ph. Eur. 2.6.12/2.6.13 and, where applicable, the performance-testing principles of ISO 11133.

TSA Aircheck® + N contains a combination of neutralising agents that reduce the growth-inhibiting effects of residual disinfectants and other antimicrobial substances. SGL triple-wraps and irradiates each pack to maintain sterility and support controlled transfer into cleanroom environments. The deep-fill format limits dehydration and enables longer exposure periods in high-airflow areas.

SGL verifies the medium’s neutralising performance against chlorine-based disinfectants, alcohols, glutaraldehyde and quaternary ammonium compounds.

SGL manufactures this product in compliance with ISO 9001 (Ref. FM37824). A UKAS-accredited laboratory (ISO 17025, Ref. 4356) performs product testing. SGL can also conduct additional specification testing to meet individual customer requirements.
